プレイヤーがジョディとケントの家へ入るとイベントが開始します。プレイヤーがキッチンへ向かうと、ジョディが言います, "こんにちは、（プレイヤー名）。いまちょうどポップコーンを作ってたの。" ケントは興奮しながらキッチンへ走りより声をあげます。"そんな音、おれが聞いたら戦場を思い出すことくらいわかるだろ！" ジョディはポップコーンの調理をやめ、ケントは友人を亡くしたことを嘆きます。ジョディが言います、"でも...あなた、前はポップコーンが大好物だったじゃない。" ケントは返事をし"...事情が変わったんだ。" ジョディはこっそりとプレイヤーにケントになにか言えないか頼みます。3つの選択肢があります:
  • 傷ついたのはわかるよ...でも奥さんを責めないであげて。 (友好度+50) ケントはプレイヤーに"まったくあんたの言うとおりだな"と言い、ジョディに謝罪します。
  • ジョディが悪いよ...気づかいが足りないよね！ (友好度-25) ケントは"黙ってろ！そうやって、妻にオレを責めさせるな。"と怒って、その後ジョディに謝罪します。
