イカ釣りまつりは、毎年冬の12日と13日に開催される釣りの小さなお祭りです。お祭りは両日とも午前6時10分に始まり、午前2時に終了します。祭り期間中は一日中イカが釣れます。一定量のイカを捕まえると、プレイヤーは賞品を獲得できます。

他のお祭りとは異なり、スターデューバレー全体のお店や家（ビーチも含む）はイベント当日は閉まらず、お祭り中も時間が流れ続けます。イベント中は動物にもエサを与える必要があります。 ゲームは自動的エサを与えられたとはみなしません。

露店

露店の店員に話しかけると、プレイヤーは賞品を受け取るか、イベントの説明を受けるかを選択できます。

賞品

賞品には銅、鉄、金、イリジウムの4段階があります。各段ごとに釣る必要があるイカは店の左側に表示されています。プレイヤーが捕まえたイカの量は、左上隅のカウンターに表示されます。 カウンターは１日でリセットされます。
