ルアウパーティーは毎年[[夏]]の11日に開催されます。午前9時から午後2時のあいだ、[[ビーチ]]に入る事によって参加できます。（午後9時になるまでビーチに入ることはできません。）ルアウパーティーが終わると、午後10時に牧場に戻ります。
お祭りの日には、Stardew Valleyの各家屋やお店はカギがかけられ、中に入ることはできません。
ルアウパーティーの特色は、村人たちが準備した材料で作った持ちよりスープです。プレイヤーはスープに材料を追加することができ、それを[[知事]]が試食することで評価を行います。[[ルイス]]町長に話しかけると、スープの評価が始まります。
プレイヤーが追加した材料によって、スープを飲んだときの知事の反応は異なります。また、ほとんどの村人の友好度にも影響を与えます。[[サンディ]]、[[魔術師]]、[[クロバス]]、[[ドワーフ]]の友好度には影響しません。
知事の試食が終わると、ルアウパーティーは終了します。
