One or more crows may randomly spawn on [[The Farm]] in the morning during [[Spring]], [[Summer]], or [[Fall]] if there are [[crops]] planted. Each crow will eat one crop, but may continue to hop around and peck at the ground afterwards. This animation is purely cosmetic, however, since each crow can eat only one crop per day. Crows will not eat crops grown from [[Crafting#Seeds|wild seeds]].
To prevent crows from appearing, the player may place [[scarecrow]]s within range of crop plots.
