冬星祭は毎年[[冬]]の25日に開催されます。午前9時から午後2時の間に[[ペリカンタウン]]に入ることによって祭りに参加できます。祭りが終わると、午後10時の[[牧場]]に戻されます。
メインイベントは秘密の贈り物です。プレイヤーがプレゼントを贈る相手はランダムに決められます。一週間前の18日に、[[ルイス]]町長からプレゼントを贈る相手を伝える手紙が届きます。
プレイヤーがプレゼントを渡すと、別の誰かからプレゼントをもらい、祭りは終了します。
