1年目以降、特定の夜にイベントが発生する可能性は1％ですが、アイテムが配置されるのは、牧場のランダムなマスが50個あり、アイテムの配置が許可されている場合のみです。ランダムマスには無効な位置（家や池など）が含まれている可能性があり、これらのタイルの1つでもアイテムを配置できない場合、アイテムは表示されません。その結果、アイテムが表示されることは非常にまれです。
起源はエイリアンにあるようで、出現したときには<tt>UFO</tt>のサウンドが流れ牧場のランダムなタイルに[[奇妙なカプセル]]が表示されます。約3日後に壊れたからっぽのカプセルに変わります。
