Jojaマートは、プレイヤーの前勤め先であるJojaコーポレーションが経営するスーパーマーケットです。ストアマネージャーのモーリスがカスタマーサービスを担当しています。競合相手はピエール商店で似たような商品を扱っていますが、夜11時まで営業していること、水曜日でも営業していることが強みです。ただし、会員権無しでは価格は割高になります。

モーリスは店内の右側にあるカウンターの中にいて、Jojaマートの会員権をdata-sort-value="5000">Gold.png5,000gで購入するよう勧めてきます。会員権は公民館のアンロック後に利用可能になります。 Jojaマートの会員権をモーリスから購入すると公民館が解体され、代わりにJoja倉庫が建設されます。 その後プレイヤーは、公民館でのバンドルに代わってJoja地域開発フォームを通じて町の開発計画を購入していくことになります。

シェーンは午前8時から午後5時まで品出しをしています。雨の日は週末も働いています。サムは午後0時50分から5時まで掃除をしています。サムもシェーンも仕事中は話しかけられません。1番レジにはモブのレジ係がいます。
