Mr. Qi is a mysterious stranger who is first encountered, when the player puts a battery pack into the lock-box in the tunnel. He is connected to the empty box at the train station.

He operates the カジノ which is located behind サンディ's store, the オアシス, in カリコ砂漠. To gain access to the カジノ players must complete the quest line "The Mysterious Qi". After the quest is complete the 用心棒 will move aside to allow the player to enter. He can be found inside the カジノ whenever it is open.

Relationships

Mr. Qi operates his カジノ behind サンディ's store, the オアシス. It is revealed when the player talks to him that he was the one who put the chests in 鉱山.

Players cannot give gifts to raise 住人 points with Mr. Qi.

Schedule

Mr. Qi does not leave the カジノ except during cutscenes. He can be found there during オアシス open hours of 10:00AM to 8:00PM.

The Mysterious Qi	電池 Place a 電池 in the lock-box inside the bus tunnel.	Within a secret lock-box, you found a note with peculiar instructions. It's signed by a 'Mr Qi'.	レインボーシェル Leave a レインボーシェル in the box at the train platform.	Prompted by a book in the library or investigating the box.

"Give the sand dragon his final meal."		Head to the desert and find the dragon bones to the left of the bus when it is parked in the desert. Place a 光の結晶 in its skull and you'll receive another note telling you to check the lumber pile next to your house. A Club Card is your reward.
