ミスターQiはプレイヤーがトンネルのロックボックスに電池を入れた時、最初に遭遇した不思議な見知らぬ人です。駅の空いている箱は彼につながっています。

彼はカリコ砂漠のサンディの店、オアシスの後ろにあるカジノを運営しています。カジノにプレイヤーがアクセスするには、一連のクエスト"ミスターQiからの指令"を完了させなければなりません。クエストが完了した後、プレイヤーが入れるようにするために用心棒は脇に移動します。開いている時はいつでも彼はカジノの中で見つけることができます。
