プレイヤーは彼と[[結婚]]出来ませんが、 [[ボイドゴーストペンダント]]を受け取ってもらうことで、その3日後に[[家]]に同居人として招き入れることが出来ます。結婚候補者と同様に、クロバスは寝室の右に自分のスペースを構えます。家の裏のスペースには彼は何も置きません。
彼は雨の日だけ家を出ますが、その際 玄関先に立っています。 通常の配偶者と同様に友好度が13になると、彼は[[スタードロップ]]をプレイヤーに贈ります。 また、[[壁紙]]や[[フローリング]]も変えます。
プレイヤーとクロバスの関係はあくまでプラトニックなものですが、同居人のシステムは次のような例外を除き、婚約者のものとほぼ同じです。
*キスの代わりにハグをします。
*結婚式は開かれません。
*離婚する代わりに、クロバスを追い出して自由にするという形式を取ります。しかし、そのためには[[町長の屋敷]]にある本を利用する必要があります。 クロバスは追い出された後、 プレイヤーに対し沈黙を貫くようになり、プレゼントももらってくれなくなります。
*[[結婚#嫉妬|ヤキモチ]]を妬かないようです。
*子どもをもうけたり、養子を取ったりすることはできません。 しかし彼は、既に以前の結婚で家に子どもがいた際に、子育てを手伝ってくれます。
クロバスが[[家]]に来たあと、[[下水道]]の彼がいた場所には[[箱|チェスト]]が置かれ、彼が売っていたアイテムを代わりに売るようになります。
